Janesville police say a death investigation is underway in the vicinity of Hanover and Afton Roads on the southwest side of the city.  A portion of Peace Trail was blocked off overnight due to a police presence.  Officers say there’s no active threat to the public at this time.  Police plan to offer more information early Friday afternoon.
