Clean-up is underway in Beloit after high winds and rain rolled through the area Tuesday night.  Police say a significant portion of the roof at a building on the corner of Pleasant Street and White Avenue collapsed a little after 10:00 p.m.  Officers happened to be on the scene directing traffic after the signal lights had toppled over.  Police also say workers with the Department of Public Works were out most of the night clearing away downed trees from several major thoroughfares.  No one has been reported hurt.
