A 20-year-old Janesville man is accused of having sex with with a 13-year-old who lived in his apartment building.

Rony Noel Hernandez Morales is charged in Rock County Court with repeated sexual assault of a child, five counts of possession of child pornography, five counts of exposing a child to harmful material, and one count of child enticement.

According to the criminal complaint, in addition to having sex with the young teen, Hernandez Morales exchanged explicit photographs with them which he had saved on his phone.

Last week Hernandez Morales waived his right to a preliminary hearing and Rock County Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig bound him over for trial.

He’s currently being held in the Rock County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond.
