A Janesville man who was poised to take a plea deal in a case where he’s accused of fleeing police in a stolen vehicle in November is bound over for trial on new charges.
A plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for Friday for Timothy Pryor on charges of fleeing an officer and resisting arrest.
Because Pryor was arrested again for fleeing police in a stolen vehicle on March 31st his offer was rescinded.
In court Friday Pryor waived his right to a preliminary hearing and entered not guilty pleas to new charges of operating a vehicle without the owners consent, fleeing, and a resisting arrest.
He’s currently being held on a $2,500 cash bond.
