The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is offering one more boater safety education classes this spring.

Deputy Trevor Lund says registration is now open for a class that will be held April 30th and May 11th at the Rock County 4-H Fairgrounds.

Lund says anyone born on or after January 1st of 1989 is required to complete a boater safety education course in order to legally operated a motorized boat or personal watercraft on Wisconsin waters.

The class fee is $10 and it will be collected at the first session.
