A 27-year-old Milton man who was the subject of an arrest warrant last week for repeated sexual assault of a child, turns himself in.

Derek Singkofer made his initial appearance on Tuesday where Rock County Court Commissioner Jack Hoag set cash bond at $10,000.

According to the criminal complaint, the investigation was sparked when the victim submitted a tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The victim told police Singkofer forced them to give him oral sex several times, and had intercourse at a residence in Milton in 2022 and 2023.

Singkofer is due back in Rock County Court for an adjourned initial appearance on April 16th.
