
An April 3rd sentencing date is set for a 36-year-old Janesville man who was arrested in the wake of a rash of shootings last fall.
According to online court records David L. Baldwin plead guilty to possession of a firearm by an out-of-state felon on January 31st.
According to the prosecution, Baldwin set up an ambush attempt in the Woodman’s parking lot in retaliation for an earlier shooting on south Jackson Street.
Baldwin faces up to five years in prison and five years of extended supervision at sentencing in April.
