A returning class from the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Rock County is hoping to help those dealing with chronic pain.

Health Promotion Coordinator Lisa Messer says “Healthy Living with Chronic Pain” will be held virtually and starts April 2nd and will run Tuesdays from 9 to 11:30am until May 14th.

Messer says these evidence based programs have been shown to work, and they can help people dealing with a variety of chronic pain conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, nerve damage, and more.

Registration can be done by contacting the ADRC and must be done by March 19th.
