The Janesville Police Department is informing the public about the release of a convicted sex offender into the community.  According to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections 59-year-old Kevin W. Spaulding will be moving to 1816 Green Valley Drive.  A news release states Spaulding was convicted of Third-Degree Sexual Assault in 1990, First-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 1993, and First-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 2007.  Spaulding must not have any contact with anyone under 18 without prior agent approval, must comply with GPS monitoring, and other requirements as a life-time registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry.
