A 37-year-old Janesville man who was arrested in June of 2023 and again last month on child pornography charges appears headed to trial.

David Szelogowsi appeared before Rock County Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig Friday morning on a child pornography charge as well as two counts of felony bail jumping.

Szelogowsi waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over for trial. His attorney entered not guilty pleas on all three charges.

Szelogowsi was charged with five counts of possession of child pornography back in June. He was out on bail when he was arrested on the new charges last month.

He’s currently being held on a $25,000 cash bond.
