A Janesville man who was charged in October with repeated sexual assault of a child is facing a new charge after police say he raped a co-worker.
48-year-old Joseph Cole Thomas, who lists his address as the Motel 6 in Janesville was charged in Rock County Court on January 3rd with third degree sexual assault.

The victim woke up multiple times in the night to find Thomas removing her clothes and sexually assaulting her.
At his preliminary hearing Tuesday morning, Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig bound Thomas over for trial.
Thomas is currently being held on a $10,000 cash bond in the new case and a $20,000 cash bond in the October case.
