The Parkview school district takes another stab at an operational referendum on the April 2nd ballot.

District Administrator Wayne Anderson says a $1.45 million operational referendum failed last April.

On January 8th the Parkview Board of Education approved a $2.29 million referendum question for the upcoming election

Anderson says they are hoping to restore some of the items that were cut when the last referendum failed. Anderson says they would also like to add staff to provide more opportunities for junior/senior high school students.

The district is working to let the community know exactly what the money will be used for in the hopes of having a better outcome at the polls then the last referendum.
