The Beloit Police Department has made an arrest in connection with two armed robberies that occurred in August of 2021.

According to a Facebook post, Aaron Singh, 34, was arrested for the robberies that took place at gas station on Madison Road in Beloit more than two years ago.

In the post, Captain Christopher Eberhardt says Singh was identified as person early on in the investigation and was arrested following the receipt of sufficient evidence.

Eberhardt says the department is grateful to the community for their cooperation and assistance during the investigation.
