A number of area operations and services are closing early due to inclement weather Friday.

The city of Janesville reports that they will city transit will stop bus operations at 3:15pm Friday and will resume Saturday at 8:45am.

The Hedberg Public Library in Janesville will close at 12:30pm Friday, but a portion of the library’s lower level will be accessible as a warming shelter until 5pm Friday.

And Rock County and the City of Janesville have closed early Friday because of the weather and people can follow along on their respective websites and Facebook pages for updates on when they will open back up.
