Those looking for employment in the education field may be interested in an upcoming job fair hosted by the Beloit School District.

Executive Director of Human Services DiDi Almendares says the district hasn’t hosted a job fair since before the pandemic, and they intend to have H-R staff and administrators there to answer questions, hold on site interviews, and assist with the online application process.

Almendares says they are in desperate need of substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, secretaries, and even security, as well as looking to fill full time teaching positions and special education occupational and physical therapists.

The job fair runs from 5:30 to 7pm on January 24th at the Kolak Education Center.
