Local law enforcement may already know the identity of the suspect in an early morning shots-fired incident.  Rock County Emergency Dispatch says the call came-in a little before 2:00 a.m. Thursday just north of Beloit near the intersection of Afton and Newark Roads.  Authorities say the suspect’s vehicle was recovered in Janesville.  No one has been reported hurt.  Town of Beloit police are leading the investigation.
