Rock County residents looking for a gig may be interested in the county job center’s first job fair of 2024.
Business Services Manager Gail Graham says the event will have 27 local employers and there are job openings for every type of work ranging from welders and director support professionals to truck drivers and diesel mechanics.
Graham says if they have one, people looking for a job should bring a resume, but people can always stop in the week before the job fair and the county job center will help them make a resume if they don’t have one.
The job fair runs January 10th from 2 to 4pm at the Rock County Job Center located on Center Avenue in Janesville.
