A 53-year-old Beloit man is facing an Operating While Intoxicated Charge after being arrested in Janesville.  Police say an officer located a vehicle, about 3:30 a.m. Saturday, stopped for a prolonged period of time at the intersection of South River and Milwaukee Streets.  A news release states, during an investigation, the officer observed behaviors indicating the driver might be impaired.  Bertran W. Turner was arrested on charges including Possession of THC, Possession of Fentanyl, and Operating While Intoxicated 5th Offense.
