A 54-year-old Janesville man is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 6th Offense after being arrested early Tuesday morning.  A Janesville police department news release states just before 3:00 a.m., an officer spotted a vehicle traveling north in the southbound lane of North Wright Road near East Milwaukee Road.  During a traffic stop, the officer says the driver, Ralph E. Cone exhibited behaviors indicating impairment.  Standard field sobriety tests were administered and Cone was arrested and taken to the Rock County Jail.
