The Diversity Action Team of Rock County is reacting to hate group recruitment fliers which went up in Janesville back in September.

Board President Marc Perry says it’s unfortunate the fliers went up, but that it was going to happen eventually, and will happen again; so people need to pay close attention and make sure people are aware these types of things aren’t allowed in the community.

Board Member Santo Carfora says they’ve begun circulating a petition along side the American Association of University Women, and people can sign the petition to show their support.

Janesville Police say they believe the distribution of the fliers was a one time occurrence, and their investigation is currently closed.
