A 30-year-old Beloit man is facing Operating While Intoxicated charges after being picked-up over the weekend.  The Rock County Sheriff’s Office reports a deputy stopped to check on a vehicle, with its hazard lights on, parked along Highway 51 between Janesville and Beloit about 1:30 a.m. Sunday.  The deputy says the driver, Cristian Sandoval displayed signs of impairment.  Court records indicate Sandoval has three prior convictions for Operating While intoxicated.  He’s due in Rock County Court Monday afternoon.
