Families in the Rock County area who are considering adoption may be interested in an upcoming informational meeting at Adoption Avenue in Janesville.

President Cindy Jensen says they’ll explain how interstate adoption works, what home studies are all about, how to put together portfolios and profiles, and they’ll also get two hours of credit towards their pre-adoptive training.

Jensen says they’ll also go over a number of different adoption types including agency, independent, interstate, international and all the details and processes people would need to know for each.

The meeting takes place at the Adoption Avenue office on November 4th starting at 10am.
