The Orfordville Lions Club is ready to unveil several years of work, creating a walking trail in town.

President Kerrie Schmidt says the first annual lighted trail walk will take place on Friday from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. in the woods behind 303 East Beloit Street.

There is a longer trail that takes you around the perimeter of the woods, as well as inner trails.

Schmidt says volunteers will be passing out candy and costumes are encouraged, but they are not required.
