A 20-year-old Janesville man who’s accused of multiple counts of possession of child pornography appears poised to take a plea deal in Rock County Court.

According to a release from Janesville Police, a cybertip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children initiated an investigation into the possession of child pornography.

In May, the Janesville Police Department SWAT Team served a search warrant in the 500 block of California Court which led to the arrest of Cesar P. Felipe.

Felipe appeared before Rock County Judge Barbara McCrory Wednesday morning, where a plea and sentencing hearing was scheduled for December 13th.

Felipe is currently facing five counts of possession of child pornography.
