A 44-year-old former Milton man facing eight counts of possession of child pornography takes a plea deal in Rock County Court.

According to online court records, last Tuesday David Flynn plead guilty to one count of possession of child pornography, and two counts of possession of an intimate representation.

Judge Karl Hanson withheld the finding of guilt on the child pornography charge, which Flynn could petition the court to dismiss, if he completes the conditions of his felony hold open agreement.

Judge Hanson sentenced Flynn to three years of probation on each of the other two counts.

In addition to the child porn police found on Flynn’s cell phone and laptop, officers say they found social media messages where he repeatedly spoke about how he received sexual gratification from the imagery of younger children.
