A 31-year-old Janesville man who was found overdosing on drugs while three small children were in the back seat of a car has entered drug court.

Demarco Whitby was charged in June with three counts of neglecting a child, possession of narcotics, possession of cocaine, possession of THC, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

According to online court records Whitby plead guilty Tuesday to two counts of neglecting a child, possession of cocaine, and possession of THC.

Judge Barbara McCrory withheld her finding of guilty subject to the terms of the drug court contract.
