2023 marked a successful run at the Rock County 4-H fair.

Fair Treasurer Abby Gasser says over the six day stretch more than 86,000 people attended the fair, and the last year they had an attendance higher than this was in 2013 when they reached 102,000 with Florida Georgia Line headlining.

Gasser says they’re especially proud of the attendance because for a while they thought the high temperatures and rainstorms may have impacted the numbers, but nearly 29,000 people attended the fair Saturday for a top three all time attendance day.

Gasser says planning starts right away for the 95th annual Rock County 4-H fair next year.
