The 56 year old Janesville man who crashed into a Janesville home after a short chase with police makes his initial appearance in Rock County court.
The state made their argument to hold Chad Measner on a $20,000 cash bond, citing the criminal complaint that Measner hit a parked car, fled from police at 80 miles per hour in a residential zone, and drove his car into a home and through a little girl’s bedroom.
Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig agreed with the state on the seriousness of the crimes and issued a $20,000 cash bond for Measner.
Measner faces multiple counts including four charges of recklessly endangering safety, hit and run, and OWI fourth offense.
