The City of Janesville is partnering with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to hold a community engagement forum on an upcoming project.

Project Manager Jim Simpson says the Center Avenue reconstruction project is mostly pavement replacement from Nicolet Street to the five point intersection and will take place in 2024 and 2025.

Simpson says there has been some updates to the project and its funding, so they’re holding a community forum on July 13th from 5 to 6pm at the Daniel Hale Williams Resource Center in Janesville.
