After almost a decade as the city’s administrator, Al Hulick will be moving on from Milton to a new challenge at Blackhawk Technical College.

Hulick says he’s proud of the economic growth the city has seen, growing by over $225 million during his tenure and the growth is happening responsibly with a full industrial park and a downtown which is flourishing.

Hulick says like the city, the organization has gone through a lot of changes over the last nine years and he’s proud of the work they’ve been able to accomplish and he’ll miss the daily interactions with city staffers.

Hulick says he’ll be moving on to be a full time business professor at Blackhawk Technical College, and he’ll be leaving the Milton staff on July 21st.
