The City of Janesville holds its annual Volunteer Appreciation Awards.

Communications Specialist Nick Faust says over 600 individuals committed to volunteer service with the City over the past year.

Administrative Employee of the Year went to Mark Bumpus, Public Safety Volunteer of the Year was given to Chaplain Jason Benjestorf. Steve Huth Received the Parks and Recreation Volunteer of the Year Award, and the Library Volunteer of the Year Award was given to Eric Perkins.

Former City Council member Doug Marklein received the 2023 Park Place Partner Award.
