Rotary Botanical Gardens in Janesville will be hosting nearly a dozen different organizations as part of their Earth Day Celebration this year.

Education Coordinator Delaney Sherwood says there will be outdoor activities throughout the day including games, garden adventures, hands on projects, and organizations will provide some community information.

Sherwood says the popular ZooZort live animal shows return this year and feature CoCo the skunk, Leon the chameleon, Chalula the fox, Montgomery the python, and Clementine the tortoise.

Sherwood says the event is free but tickets will need to be purchased for the animal shows and can be done by visiting the garden’s website.

The celebration takes place Sunday, April 23rd from 10:00 until 2:00pm.
