A 41-year-old Beloit man, out on parole for a 2005 conviction of Homicide by the Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle in Rock County, faces additional charges after another OWI arrest.  Janesville police say Allan Bone was pulled over Saturday night a little before 9:00 p.m. for several moving violations.  Officers say Bone showed signs of impairment.  Police also say Bone was found in possession of 28 grams of cocaine.  Bone was arrested on charges including Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense, Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine, and Resisting an Officer Causing Injury.
