A 22-year-old Janesville man who was found in a hotel room with a missing girl from Connecticut in January of 2022 takes a plea deal in Rock County court.

Thursday morning Jose Delgado-Siaca plead guilty to a single count of child enticement. A second charge of second-degree sexual assault of a child was dismissed but read into the record.

Janesville Police say on January 18th of 2022 officers from New Britain, Connecticut reported that a juvenile female that was reported missing may be visiting a Janesville man.

During the investigation, officers learned the two may have been at a hotel in Janesville.

Officers went to the hotel and located the girl along with Jose Delgado-Siaca.

The juvenile was reunited with her mother.

Delgado-Siaca faces up to 25 years in prison at his sentencing on March 30th.
