A new partnership between the city of Janesville and E-Plan Exam aims to make the process of submitting plan review applications easier.

Development Specialist Vicky Miller says applicants can find the new process by visiting eplanexam.com/submit-a-project, and they will click on a link where they can submit all their information.

Miller says the city is always looking for ways to improve customer service, and with online payments options and a streamlined submission process, this will hopefully reduce application waits times and expedite project.

Applicants submitting commercial building and HVAC plan reviews will still need to submit one hard copy of their plan set to the building division.
