A 43-year-old former Milton man who currently lives in California that’s with eight counts of possession of child pornography waives his right to a preliminary hearing in Rock County Court.

It’s the second time the charges have been filed against David Flynn. The original charges were dismissed in February without prejudice after prosecutors were not ready to bring the case to trial.

Flynn is accused of having multiple photos of suspected prepubescent children on his phone and laptop.

Police say the also examined social media messages where Flynn repeatedly spoke about how he received sexual gratification from the imagery of younger children.

In Rock County Court Monday morning Court Commissioner Jack Hoag bound Flynn over for trial and scheduled his arraignment for November 11th.
