Bookworms can help lower the cost of college for women by stopping by a book sale at the Olde Town Mall next week.

American Association of University Women Janesville Co-Chair Diane Adams says the book sale will provide scholarships for young women, and they’ve upped the scholarship level and are now giving away $1,000.

Adams says the book sale will take place on the lower level of the mall, with an early access day available on October 6th for a $5 fee. After that the book sale is free on the 7th through the 9th, and then the 14th through the 16th.

Prices for the books are one dollar for paperbacks and two dollars for hardcovers and October 16th people can get a full bag of books for $10.
