A 29-year-old Janesville man is under arrest for drunken driving for the fifth time after getting into a fight on the Interstate.

According to a news release from the Wisconsin State Patrol, Troopers were dispatched to mile marker 160 in Dane County on the northbound side of I-39/90 around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday on the report of a fight between several people.

Troopers separated the people involved and noticed signs of impairment from Taylor Allen Rodriguez.

Rodriguez refused to submit to field sobriety tests and was arrested for operating while intoxicated, fifth offense.
