A death investigation is underway in Jefferson County.  The Sheriff’s Office indicates in a news release, deputies responded to a residence in the Town of Sumner at 12:14 a.m. Tuesday for a report of gunshots.  Upon arrival, deputies say an individual matching the description of the suspect, was seen walking away from the residence and taken into custody.  The Wisconsin State Patrol, Edgerton Police, and the Jefferson County Medical Examiner are assisting in the investigation.
