The 23-year-old Evansville man who’s charged with shooting a co-worker to death at a Janesville business in April waives his right to a preliminary hearing in Rock County Court.

Court Commissioner Jack Hoag presided over Kevin Todd’s appearance in court Monday morning.

Hoag bound Todd over trial and not guilty pleas were entered on his behalf on charge of first degree intentional homicide and three counts of first degree recklessly endangering safety.

Todd claims the shooting was the result of workplace bullying, although the two had worked together for about a week at Precision Draw Metals.

He’s currently being held on a $1 million cash bond.
