A Rock County Sheriff’s Office on duty Deputy was recently involved in a crash. The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says Deputies were responding in emergency mode to assist another jurisdiction who had a report of an individual with a gunshot wound. Authorities say while en route, around 3:50 p.m. Thursday, a Deputy was involved in a crash with a tow truck at E L T Townline Road and South Prairie Avenue in Turtle Township. According to a news release, the Deputy sustained minor injuries as did the occupants of the tow truck. The crash is currently under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol.
