A 56-year-old Janesville woman is facing a charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated 9th Offense after being arrested over the weekend.  Janesville police report Brenda Jean McIntyre almost hit a patrol car head-on in the 200 block of Milton Avenue about 1:00 a.m. Sunday.  The officer was able to turn-around and pulled McIntire over in the area of Glen Street and Prairie Avenue.  Police say McIntyre couldn’t complete Standardized Field Sobriety tests because of her level of intoxication.  Charges also include Operating After revocation.
