The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the victim of last week’s workplace shooting in Janesville.  30 -year-old Devon J. Hills of Janesville was killed in a shooting at Precision Drawn Metals Tuesday afternoon.  A news release indicates an autopsy found Hill’s death was the result of homicidal firearm related trauma.  Police arrested 23-year-old Kevin L. Todd of Evansville shortly after the shooting.  Todd is in the Rock County Jail on a million dollar cash bond.  His next court appearance is Thursday.
