A local state legislator appears to be getting work done at the capitol.

31st Assembly District Representative Amy Loudenbeck of Clinton says she has a handful of bills waiting on Governor Tony Evers’ desk.

The Clinton Republican says one bill would allow hospitals to seek federal Medicare reimbursement for certain services performed in an at home setting.

Loudenbeck says another bill changes the payment structure for subsidized guardianship placements by having the state pay for the program instead of individual counties.

A third bill creates a grant program to help counties gather the necessary data to upgrade their 911 systems.
