The Janesville School District will be using a community survey to help decide how best to spend the latest round of Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funding.  Superintendent Steve Pophal says 20% of the more than $16-million in federal funds administered by the state will be required to mitigate pandemic related learning loss.  Pophal says the spending parameters for the rest are fairly broad.  He suggests one area of interest to tackle is some of the $100 million in current capital needs.  The survey is expected to run for about a week starting Saturday.
