The Janesville Plan Commission gives the thumbs up to allow Rock Realty to relocate to the old Castaways Thrift Shop building Milton.

Associate Planner Wolfrath says the project requires a substitution of a non-conforming use because the property is zoned residential.

Rock Realty plans to renovate the existing building and use the current property configuration.

The Janesville Plan Commission approved the project in a unanimous vote Monday night.
