HeathNet of Rock County is making plans to develop a behavioral health clinic for women with addictions.  CEO Ian Hedges says Rock County currently has no treatment center dedicated solely to women.  Hedges says women have almost twice as difficult a time in recovery because of their unique challenges including children, income gaps, and limited employment opportunities for recovering addicts.  HealthNet is currently in the midst of a more than three-million dollar capital campaign to open a new clinic at 113 South Franklin Street in Janesville late next year.
