The Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections is letting residents in Edgerton know about a convicted sex offender being released in their midst.  Officials say 37-year-old Roqushaun J. Settlers will be moving to 311 Dorow Avenue on Monday.  Settlers was convicted of 3rd degree sexual assault in November of 2014.  Special conditions for his release include orders not to consume drugs, comply with standard sex offender rules, and cooperate with electronic monitoring.
