The State Department of Public Instruction’s latest school report card scores indicate the School District of Milton “meets expectations.”
District Director of Curriculum & Instruction Ryan Ruggles told the school board this week the district’s overall score was 67.4.
Report card ratings are based on student achievement, growth, target group outcomes, and on-track to graduation.
Ruggles says he’s proud that 95 percent of students participated in standardized testing compared to the statewide average of 84 percent.
