A long-time Janesville resident is running for Wisconsin’s First Congressional District.  Ann Roe, who currently serves as President of Downtown Janesville Inc, says more needs to be done for workers and small business.  Roe says the community needs a representative who is going to put families at the center of the debate in Washington.  The Democrat says, as a business and community leader, she knows firsthand how the path to success for a community is linked to access to quality education, healthcare, childcare, and good-paying jobs.  Roe also says the district has been represented by a Republican for the last 25-years and it’s time for a change.
